Senior Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own customer lifecycle from sale to Go-Live.
• Bridge between client sponsors and internal teams.
• Identify scope creep and technical hurdles early.
• Provide strategic alignment across implementations.
• Manage friction and blockers across teams.
• Develop and manage process assets to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation or PM in B2B SaaS
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong client-facing organization and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker; adaptable in evolving env
• PMP or PM certification is nice to have
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
