Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementations for 5–7 enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Primary contact for customer stakeholders, including senior and exec partners.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multi-workstream programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, Ops to ensure success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating with urgency.
• Lead structured updates with stakeholders, including exec readouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in implementation/onboarding/project management (SaaS/enterprise).
• Proven experience leading large, complex, high-value implementations.
• Exceptional PM skills; manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt, incl. exec audiences; PM tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
