Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Be the product expert; own onboarding and discovery/workflow scoping.
• Build strong client relationships; meet weekly to maintain momentum.
• Understand client requirements to design configurations and workflows.
• Project manage the implementation: coordinate tasks, timelines, and meetings.
• Support change management with training for end users at multiple levels.
• Validate user acceptance testing to ensure workflow and integration success.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years strategic, customer-facing experience in CS or Sales; 4+ years SaaS implementation.
• Poise & clarity when engaging all stakeholders, including C-Suite.
• Implementation Manager experience with ERP/accounting apps (QB, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Experience with customer data and imports; change management mindset.
• Bonus points: Purchasing/Accounts Payable familiarity; Vitally, Salesforce, Notion.
