- Lead multiple enterprise implementations across the Commercial Compliance portfolio.
- Establish governance with steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, and milestones.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Anticipate risks, scope changes, and cross-functional dependencies; propose mitigations.
- Own delivery milestones, ensuring alignment with contractual scope and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison between client stakeholders and Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-8+ years SaaS implementations in life sciences or regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial compliance (Open Payments, EFPIA, FMV).
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and cloud-based environments.
- Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Zendesk experience.
