- Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Experience with technical delivery concepts, platform config.
- DAM/Martech ecosystem familiarity (Cloudinary, AEM, Contentful, Shopify).
- Partner and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project and operational discipline.
- Continuous improvement mindset for delivery methodologies.
