🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional illustration experience, product/brand context
- Strong Figma skills; work natively in Figma
- Experience building or maintaining an illustration system or component library
- Comfort working with engineering; own Figma-to-code handoff
- Motion/animation experience or willingness to develop it; After Effects, Lottie
- Ability to manage varied workloads: migrations, new requests, maintenance
- Clear communicator; run stakeholder reviews and brief contractors
- Familiarity with design systems or component-based systems a plus
