🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack experience with backend focus
- Experience leading teams on large multi-week/month projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises
- Experience delivering 0→1 products with bias for action
- Experience with React, Typescript, GraphQL, MongoDB; TS a plus
- Willing to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
