Senior Identity Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day identity security posture across corporate, prod, customer, and gov planes
• Drive rollout of agent identity infrastructure with short-lived credentials and controlled onboarding
• Architect authentication, federation, and authorization across workforce and workload identity (SAML, OIDC)
• Scale non-human identity across service/workload/agent populations (short-lived creds, mTLS, identity-based networking)
• Drive adoption of just-in-time access patterns across identity program with governance rollout and policy enforcement
• Lead identity threat modeling cadence; publish findings and track remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security, IAM, with deep identity security experience
• Hands-on with an enterprise IDP (e.g., Entra ID, Okta) including governance surface
• Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2, WebAuthn
• Proficiency in Go, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript for tooling and automation
• Strong communication to engineers and leadership on risk and design
