• Lead job analyses and validation studies linking roles to assessments.
• Deliver clear, compelling documents and presentations for decision-making.
• Use assessment and product data to generate actionable insights.
• Drive cross-functional improvements to operationalize assessment science in product and go-to-market.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required.
• 5+ years designing, implementing, and validating employee selection systems.
• Expertise in job analysis, validation, adverse impact analysis, and employment law.
• Experience producing clear, defensible technical documentation for exec/legal reviews.
• Proficiency in R and Python, plus survey design platforms.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional SaaS environment with global stakeholders.
