Prepare detailed and accurate HVAC project cost estimates for commercial and industrial work.
Review project specs, drawings, and bid docs to determine scope and requirements.
Develop take-offs and pricing for HVAC systems including equipment, materials, and labor.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop competitive bids.
Participate in design-build project development including conceptual estimating and value engineering.
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HVAC estimating experience.
Experience with design-build projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including sheet metal, piping, boilers, chillers, VRF, and RTUs.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
