π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of California employment law (wage & hour, LOA, investigations, employee classification, documentation, terminations)
- Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in resolving workplace issues
- Proven experience administering HRIS systems and maintaining employee data integrity (UKG preferred)
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
