🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, marketplaces or platforms.
• Strong multi-project management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder enablement.
• Familiar with Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
• Ability to design detailed project plans and enablement materials.
• Knowledge of human data operations or crowdsourcing platforms.
