📋 Description

• Own the operational success of complex research projects.
• Lead participant acquisition, onboarding, verification, activation.
• Manage bespoke client engagements across studies and tests.
• Identify gaps in Research supply and build scalable solutions.
• Improve time-to-data, fill rates, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, data, science, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Data analysis and operational metrics to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with human data operations and participant recruitment.
