• Serve as primary contact for participant-related operations on client AI projects.
• Manage participant onboarding, verification, and activation for client projects.
• Identify gaps in participant supply and align with AI task quality.
• Develop project plans, workflows, and enablement materials.
• Maintain high-quality, diverse participant pools aligned to demand.
• Verify domain experts and AI taskers to meet client requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Operations experience, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Strong project management with attention to detail and execution.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder enablement.
• Familiarity with human data ops, recruitment, or crowdsourcing platforms.
