  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, IT for data quality.
  • Manage HRIS service delivery; resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot PTO accruals and absence/pay label discrepancies.
  • Review HRIS transactions for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding processes and I-9/document relaunch activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
  • Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
  • Ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
