π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
- Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
- Ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating across teams.
- Experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
- Working knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
