  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll.
  • Manage HRIS service delivery; handle moderately complex cases and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot Workday issues incl. PTO accruals, absence plans, labeling.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve HRIS data and process issues.
  • Plan and execute testing: unit, integration, payroll parallel, UAT.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and onboarding configurations (I-9 related).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
  • Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audits.
  • Strong problem-solving, independent work, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Workday security administration and access management experience.
