- 5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
- Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audits.
- Strong problem-solving, independent work, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Workday security administration and access management experience.
