Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and IT to ensure data accuracy.
Independently operate with guidance; manage moderately complex HRIS issues via analytics.
Hybrid role with at least one onsite day per week (Wednesday).
Onsite locations: Oakland, Orange, Portland; Pacific Time hours.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, Business, or Engineering
Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence
HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support knowledge
Experience with Workday reporting, troubleshooting, and production support
Certified in Workday HCM and Payroll
