πŸ“‹ Description

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
  • Lead HRIS service delivery; resolve moderately complex HRIS issues.
  • Troubleshoot PTO accruals, absence plans, and time-off labeling discrepancies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve system, data, and process issues.
  • Validate HRIS transactions for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding-related system processes, including I-9 relaunch.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
  • Strong reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audits.
  • Preferred: Workday HCM/Payroll cert; integrations via EIB/Cloud Connectors/Workday Studio.
