- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
- Lead HRIS service delivery; resolve moderately complex HRIS issues.
- Troubleshoot PTO accruals, absence plans, and time-off labeling discrepancies.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve system, data, and process issues.
- Validate HRIS transactions for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
- Support onboarding-related system processes, including I-9 relaunch.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
- Strong reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audits.
- Preferred: Workday HCM/Payroll cert; integrations via EIB/Cloud Connectors/Workday Studio.
