Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
Lead HRIS service delivery; resolve moderately complex HRIS issues.
Troubleshoot PTO accruals, absence plans, and time-off labeling discrepancies.
Partner cross-functionally to resolve system, data, and process issues.
Validate HRIS transactions for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
Support onboarding-related system processes, including I-9 relaunch.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
Strong reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audits.
Preferred: Workday HCM/Payroll cert; integrations via EIB/Cloud Connectors/Workday Studio.
