- Bachelorโs degree in HR, IS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
- Hands-on experience across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
- Strong problem solving and cross-functional partnership.
- Detail-oriented with ability to validate under deadlines.
