  • Serve as Workday HCM SME and partner to People Operations.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll.
  • Troubleshoot Workday issues incl PTO accruals and time-off labeling.
  • Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, IT.
  • Support onboarding processes including I-9 relaunch activities.
  • Lead testing and validation of Workday configurations and releases.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, IS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
  • Hands-on experience across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
  • Strong problem solving and cross-functional partnership.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to validate under deadlines.
