  • Configure and optimize Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
  • Manage HRIS service delivery and moderately complex cases.
  • Troubleshoot Workday issues including PTO accruals and labeling.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve HR system, data, and process issues.
  • Review and validate HRIS transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support onboarding processes and I-9/document relaunch activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday HCM.
  • Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
  • Ability to manage complex issues independently with cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience in unit, integration, and UAT testing of Workday changes.
