π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday HCM.
- Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll controls, and audit support.
- Ability to manage complex issues independently with cross-team collaboration.
- Experience in unit, integration, and UAT testing of Workday changes.
