Senior HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Makes independent configuration decisions within modules; escalates cross-functional impacts.
• Owns end-to-end Workday Advanced Compensation; leads merit cycles and plan setup.
• Leads Workday Payroll configuration; supports regular payroll cycles and fixes issues.
• Manages Workday Benefits configuration; open enrollment, eligibility, vendor integration.
• Owns Workday Absence and Talent configuration; expands scope as the portfolio evolves.
• Manages ServiceNow queue as Tier II; triages, investigates, and resolves issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR technology or HRIS; at least 3 years Workday configuration (Required)
• Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation; merit cycles, eligibility rules.
• Working knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration: pay components, codes, deductions.
• Experience writing, maintaining, and supporting Workday reports and calculated fields (Required)
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and project tracking (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Information Systems; Workday certifications preferred
