🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in HR technology or HRIS; at least 3 years Workday configuration (Required)
- Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation; merit cycles, eligibility rules.
- Working knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration: pay components, codes, deductions.
- Experience writing, maintaining, and supporting Workday reports and calculated fields (Required)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and project tracking (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Information Systems; Workday certifications preferred
