📋 Description

  • Work with senior management and HR to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
  • Partner with HR Director on org design, workforce planning, talent mgmt, and succession.
  • Lead extensive change mgmt, incl. PMI work on acquisitions and integrations.
  • Provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders.
  • Review metrics on retention and employee experience to guide actions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, internal mobility, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Management or related field.
  • 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Partner.
  • Ability to balance strategic work with headcount tracking and planning.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Resiliency and critical thinking in a changing environment.
