🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Management or related field.
- 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Partner.
- Ability to balance strategic work with headcount tracking and planning.
- Basic knowledge of employment law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Resiliency and critical thinking in a changing environment.
