- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership.
- Hands-on, pragmatic style with good judgment and people skills.
- Experienced in managing employee relations and complex workplace issues.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance (NY preferred).
- Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and payroll controls.
- Bachelorโs degree or higher.
