  • Manage onboarding and offboarding; support core HR processes.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic style with good judgment and people skills.
  • Experienced in managing employee relations and complex workplace issues.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance (NY preferred).
  • Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and payroll controls.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher.
