Senior HR Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide full Workday support: security, data loads, integrations, upgrades.
• Lead HRIS projects end-to-end: requirements, design, deployment, training.
• Optimize HRIS integrations with Greenhouse for Talent Acquisition.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday.
• Advise users on how to automate workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on integrations and HR events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Workday administration/configuration.
• 2+ years with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or advanced reporting.
• Strong HRIS technology and analytics understanding.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
