  • Organize and maintain employee records and internal HR databases.
  • Prepare and manage HR letters and employee contracts.
  • Coordinate with PF vendors, insurers, and compliance agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end leave and attendance processes.
  • Handle background verification requests.
  • Resolve PF, ESIC, and insurance-related escalations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • MBA with 5-7 years in HR Operations.
  • Experience as HR Administrator / HR Ops Executive / HR Assistant.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS / HRMS systems.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
