- MBA with 5-7 years in HR Operations.
- Experience as HR Administrator / HR Ops Executive / HR Assistant.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS / HRMS systems.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
