📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day HR ops support to employees and managers globally.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and offboarding with accuracy.
• Assist with immigration and global mobility processes.
• Partner with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develop and document standard HR procedures for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR compliance.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
