  • Administer Serbia benefits programs and support EMEA benefits data changes.
  • Resolve Tier 1 and complex inquiries; escalate and ensure timely support across Serbia/EMEA.
  • Ensure Serbian labor law and EMEA compliance; support audits and maintain audit-ready docs.
  • Manage HR cases via ticketing; maintain records and resolve within SLAs.
  • Analyze case trends and service data to identify root causes and improve delivery.
  • Execute end-to-end HR lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding) across Serbia/EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in HR operations supporting Serbia/EMEA with Serbian labor law and compliance.
  • Proven experience handling complex HR cases; cross-functional collaboration with discretion.
  • Hands-on with HR systems/tools: HRIS and ticketing (Workday/ServiceNow preferred); MS Office.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving; data interpretation and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organization; manage sensitive situations professionally.
