- Administer Serbia benefits programs and support EMEA benefits data changes.
- Resolve Tier 1 and complex inquiries; escalate and ensure timely support across Serbia/EMEA.
- Ensure Serbian labor law and EMEA compliance; support audits and maintain audit-ready docs.
- Manage HR cases via ticketing; maintain records and resolve within SLAs.
- Analyze case trends and service data to identify root causes and improve delivery.
- Execute end-to-end HR lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding) across Serbia/EMEA.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in HR operations supporting Serbia/EMEA with Serbian labor law and compliance.
- Proven experience handling complex HR cases; cross-functional collaboration with discretion.
- Hands-on with HR systems/tools: HRIS and ticketing (Workday/ServiceNow preferred); MS Office.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; data interpretation and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and organization; manage sensitive situations professionally.
