  • Own onboarding and offboarding for global Support teams across time zones.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and EOR compliance.
  • Be primary People Team partner for the Support org.
  • Manage employee relations with People Leadership; escalate as needed.
  • Support contract updates and compliance with EOR and internal partners.
  • Run performance cycles and translate programs for global teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years HR experience with globally dispersed teams (Asia required)
  • Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth, high-volume ops (Support/CX/Ops)
  • Comfort with multiple employment models, including EOR; Deel a plus
  • Strong HR operations toolkit: process, documentation, consistency, systems
  • Clear cross-cultural, time-zone communication; set boundaries and earn trust
  • Independent with sound judgment; aligned with People Leadership
