- Own onboarding and offboarding for global Support teams across time zones.
- Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and EOR compliance.
- Be primary People Team partner for the Support org.
- Manage employee relations with People Leadership; escalate as needed.
- Support contract updates and compliance with EOR and internal partners.
- Run performance cycles and translate programs for global teams.
π― Requirements
- 5-7+ years HR experience with globally dispersed teams (Asia required)
- Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth, high-volume ops (Support/CX/Ops)
- Comfort with multiple employment models, including EOR; Deel a plus
- Strong HR operations toolkit: process, documentation, consistency, systems
- Clear cross-cultural, time-zone communication; set boundaries and earn trust
- Independent with sound judgment; aligned with People Leadership
