  • Support employee separations with People Partners and Legal, ensuring compliant, timely execution.
  • Conduct exit interviews; synthesize themes to inform retention and manager effectiveness.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • 5+ years in HR Generalist roles, preferably SaaS or EdTech.
  • Experience guiding leaders on performance conversations and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to support high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws; multi-state experience preferred.
  • Discretion with confidential matters; sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems.
