- 5+ years in HR Generalist roles, preferably SaaS or EdTech.
- Experience guiding leaders on performance conversations and employee relations.
- Proven ability to support high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of US employment laws; multi-state experience preferred.
- Discretion with confidential matters; sound judgment and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems.
