- Experience supporting EPDD/R&D teams in scaling environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and quick tool adoption.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration and relocation; US immigration a plus.
- Experience with AI tools to improve HR processes.
