🎯 Requirements

  • Senior-level HR/People partner with Director-equivalent BP or IC7+ scope
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or similar orgs
  • Proven success in hypergrowth startups or scale-ups
  • Global experience across distributed teams and regions
  • Strong written and asynchronous communication skills
  • Builds credibility and relationships through judgment
