Represent the People function in high-impact conversations with leaders
Own day-to-day HR support for assigned teams
Drive accountability across leaders and teams on key initiatives
Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent development
Lead change initiatives with clear communication and minimal disruption

🎯 Requirements

Strong HRBP experience supporting leaders in fast-paced environments
Comfort operating with ambiguity and competing priorities
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility
Excellent judgment and prioritization skills
Resourceful and solutions-oriented, navigate constraints
Familiarity with AI tools and data to improve decisions
