- 7+ years HR experience, including strong HRBP experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, including C-suite.
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or other technical organizations.
- Strong employee relations experience and navigating complex situations.
- Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
