  • UK employment legislation and Hungary HR processes experience.
  • Proactive HR Partner in a changing environment.
  • Full lifecycle HR including ER, performance, talent mgmt, and remuneration reviews.
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice with business value.
  • Prioritisation skills in a complex international setting; ability to influence.
  • Excellent English and Hungarian; collaborative and results-driven.
