🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar in technology companies.
  • Experience supporting teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong understanding of tech culture and partnering with Engineering and technical leaders.
  • A track record of building relationships, creating processes, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience resolving people issues with fairness and empathy, particularly in tech contexts.
  • A passion for enabling tech teams to thrive and scale effectively.
