🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive HR experience at global strategic and local levels.
  • UK employment law expertise; ER case handling; investigations.
  • Global organizational design, mobility, and cross-border change.
  • Executive stakeholder management with Global Leaders and SLT/XLT.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with TA, People Ops, Comp & Ben, L&D.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 preferred.
