🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years in Engineering; 3+ years in Cable Harness/Interconnect design
- Understanding of cable/connector tests (cross-section, pull-out, current cycling)
- CAD tools (Zuken and NX) preferred
- Experience with USCAR, IEC, IPC standards
- Thermal design of contacts and ampacity; wire gauge selection
