- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
- Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user/group management.
- DNS, DHCP, VPNs, TCP/IP; diagnose connectivity issues.
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
