  • Serve as escalation point for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user/group management.
  • DNS, DHCP, VPNs, TCP/IP; diagnose connectivity issues.
  • ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
