🎯 Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
- 5+ years field application experience in heat pumps and refrigeration
- Understanding of heat pump design and HVAC systems
- Deep knowledge of heat pump components, thermodynamics, and power electronics
- Understanding of regulations (MCS, F-gas) and EN specs
- Experience in retrofit and new build heat pump installs
