🎯 Requirements
- 3 years of direct leadership in health insurance, healthcare operations, or health benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of QA procedures and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and cross-functionally; MS Office or Google Suites skills.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex projects with urgent action plans.
- Bachelor's degree.
