Senior Health Data Analyst - Payer

📋 Description

• Collect and maintain source data; identify new sources and automation opportunities.
• Analyze data quality; refine matching and reduce unmapped data.
• Establish governance standards; define standards, docs, and stewardship models.
• Stay current on payer landscape; track mergers, trends, and impacts on data.
• Collaborate with PMs/engineers/analysts to build scalable, automated data delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years healthcare data experience; 2+ years focused on payer data.
• Deep understanding of US insurance market; PBMs and payer relationships.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, analyzing and validating large datasets.
• Proven ability to identify new data sources and merge into existing sets.
• Experience in data governance; create and enforce data standards and naming.
• Collaborative mindset; define data requirements across cross-functional teams.
