Senior Health Data Analyst - Payer

📋 Description

• Collect and maintain source data; identify new sources and automation to keep data accurate
• Analyze data quality; implement improvements to refine matching and reduce unmapped data
• Establish governance standards; define and maintain data standards and stewardship across payer data
• Stay current on the payer landscape; track market trends and their impact on data products
• Collaborate on platform improvements; build scalable automated data delivery with PMs, engineers and analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years working with healthcare data, with 2+ years focused on payer data
• Deep understanding of the US insurance market; PBMs and payers across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Assistance Programs
• Proficient in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating large data sets
• Proven ability to identify new data sources, extraction best practices, and merge into existing sets
• Demonstrated data governance; standards and naming conventions; collaborative
• Nice to have: Python, Sigma, Market Access Analytics
