🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in hardware field engineering, electromechanical systems or robotics
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including wiring harnesses and connectors
- Read wiring diagrams, vehicle schematics and mechanical drawings
- Independent field work: schedule, prioritize issues and report status remotely
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, crimping, soldering and fabrication
- Strong written communication and experience with ticketing systems
