🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in electronics design for harsh, mission-critical apps (launch vehicles, spacecraft, robots)
- Familiar with active and passive components and failure modes
- Experience with destructive and non-destructive FA methods (DPA, X-Ray, CSAM)
- Cross-functional experience with design, build, and reliability teams
- Nice to have: knowledge of auto/industrial/military EEE ratings
- Nice to have: experience with EEE piece-part supply chain and manufacturing
- Nice to have: strong reliability/failure-rate analysis skills
