- Collaborate with US Software, Mechanical Eng., and PM teams.
- Select components by performance, reliability, cost, and lead times.
- Plan and lead hardware validation (EVT/DVT/PVT).
- Provide on-site factory support for builds; assist with tests and FA.
- Vendor management: primary contact for local JDMs/ODMs and suppliers.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years hardware engineering in embedded system design (Senior/Lead preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
- Track record shipping high-volume consumer electronics.
- Deep experience onsite with JDMs/ODMs/CMs in Asia.
- Proficiency with OrCAD and Altium; high-speed PCB design rules.
- Schematic design; high-speed signal integrity (DDR/PCIe); RF (WiFi/BT); ESD/EMI.
