  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI, 3+ GTM
  • Proven track record closing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders.
  • Deep understanding of UK/EMEA talent landscape, including comp fundamentals.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication to convey our mission.
  • High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously.
  • Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipelines.
