- Proven track record closing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders.
- Deep understanding of UK/EMEA talent landscape, including comp fundamentals.
- Excellent storytelling and communication to convey our mission.
- High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipelines.
