🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS; 3+ years in GTM/Sales (AE/SE/CS/Channel)
  • Proven sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and local tools; success with passive candidates
  • Track record meeting/exceeding goals for quality/time-to-fill with 8–12 active searches
  • Structured interview techniques, compensation fundamentals, and complex offer negotiations
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; strong project and stakeholder management
