- Proven sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and local tools; success with passive candidates
- Track record meeting/exceeding goals for quality/time-to-fill with 8β12 active searches
- Structured interview techniques, compensation fundamentals, and complex offer negotiations
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong project and stakeholder management
