π― Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years GTM/Sales (AE/SE/CS/Channel)
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and discovery tools
- Track record meeting/exceeding goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance; 8β12 concurrent searches
- Proficiency in structured interview techniques, compensation fundamentals, and complex offer negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project and executive stakeholder management
- Experience hiring in cybersecurity or networking for enterprise/strategic sales is a plus
