🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring senior IC or leadership.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills; able to influence across senior leadership.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Fluency in recruiting data and comfort with AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
