📋 Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex roles across multiple functions.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, assessment, offers, closing.
  • Develop and refine recruiting strategies to meet near-term hiring needs and pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand priorities and success profiles.
  • Influence hiring decisions using data, market insights, and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal for hiring alignment and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring senior IC or leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills; able to influence across senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Fluency in recruiting data and comfort with AI-enabled tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
