🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required)
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue roles in fast-paced settings
• Strong sourcing chops and track record of building high-quality pipelines
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
• Data-informed mindset—know what to measure and why it matters
